Simulated Traffic Lights

STM32 traffic-light prototype with adaptive, sensor-driven signal timing.

Developed an STM32-based traffic-light prototype to address inefficient fixed-cycle signaling under changing traffic conditions.
Integrated infrared sensors for real-time vehicle detection and implemented adaptive signal-timing logic in C to adjust light cycles based on observed traffic.
Delivered a functional embedded prototype integrating sensing, control, and signal actuation; received the Youth Creativity Invention Award.
